In 2022, the mission of Raider Dad was born helping children experience Raider Nation and professional games at Allegiant Stadium. Raider Dad collected tickets to provide joy and hope during the holidays. Families would be invited to a tailgate experience hosted by Jay's Gourmet and provided tickets to see their first Raiders game. The organization anticipated a meaningful game for the Raiders on the field, but the true impact of the game was found in the tailgate lots and in seats used for children who ideally would've never had the opportunity to experience a Raiders game.
The vision of Raider Dad was to help create a fanbase in Las Vegas, create unique sports experiences for a community, and create a bond between children and parental figures. The main purpose was to create memories for families that they could always hold onto. Raider Dad allows families to experience their first Raiders game and create a memory that can stay with families long after the game is over.
The first holiday event would be the first time where the true vision of Raider Dad would be on display. Shortly after the event, our organization would find out that two members that we had brought to the game with us had passed away during their battle with cancer. The memory provided would be a day that would always stay with the families. We continue the holiday game to help inspire and impact different causes in our community as a holiday wish.
The Raider Dad Holiday Event is an opportunity to create similar memories while inspiring children battling cancer, connect children with their foster parents, motivate children with disabilities, and create a break from reality for our community.

There's no better time to give than during the holidays. Raider Dad makes contributions to support children and other non-profit organizations. Raider Dad helps inspire others to believe in their vision and to stay committed to creating opportunities for the community. Your mission can provide joy and hope for people who need it the most.

Enchant Night
On Decmeber 3rd, Raider Dad will reconnect with children who have attended games with the organization this season. Families will create a holiday memory as Enchant hosts Raiders Night supporting the Raiders Foundation. If you know a deserving family, nominate their family today.
